Do you offer free resizing?

Yes — we offer complimentary resizing for 30 days after collection. This includes resizing up to two sizes up or down. If your ring requires more than two sizes difference, we charge a €65 fee. In some cases (e.g. custom rings), if resizing isn't possible, a new ring may need to be made. You’ll be advised of any additional costs before proceeding.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Absolutely. We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you find the same ring elsewhere at a lower price, we’ll match it — simply contact us with the details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-customised items. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all certificates and packaging. For full details, see our Refunds & Returns Policy

How long does delivery take?

Once your ring is crafted and ready, we’ll dispatch it using secure, insured delivery. Standard delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–2 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on design timeframes.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. To ensure the best experience, all visits are by appointment only. You can book your appointment online or contact your preferred showroom directly.

Will I receive a certificate with my diamond?

Yes — all of our lab-grown and natural diamonds come with official certification, such as IGI or GIA, outlining the stone’s quality and characteristics.
