At Redz Diamonds, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece of jewellery we create. From the initial design to the final polish, our team is involved at every stage, ensuring each item meets our exacting standards.
Before your jewellery leaves us, it is carefully inspected to ensure it arrives in flawless condition. However, in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault arises, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee. This means we will repair any manufacturing issue free of charge, for the lifetime of the piece.
If you believe your jewellery requires attention under this guarantee, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. Once we receive your item, our workshop will carry out a full inspection. Should any charges apply — for example, if the repair is due to accidental damage or general wear and tear — we will always contact you for approval before proceeding with any work.
